Maria Menikou

Residing in the England, UK, Maria Menikou is Scientist.com’s resident Human Biologicals Samples expert. Maria has worked for the UK’s National HealthCare Service (NHS) managing the Liver Transplant service, coordinating both clinical and research aspects of whole organ transplantation. She was also part of the founding team of a University College London’s (UCL) initiative to enable ethical and compliant access to fresh human tissue for research. Her extensive acquisition knowledge can support unique projects needs and help navigate the complex HBS space.
