EverGreen mRNA - 6X Brighter than EGFP

Messenger Bio’s EverGreen^TM Fluorescent Protein mRNA, a delicately engineered mRNA that is 4-6 times brighter and almost 2x more photostable than an already optimized EGFP mRNA. They developed EverGreen^TM mRNA by fine tuning the key determinants of EGFP mRNA expression, including the 5’ and 3’ UTRs as well as the protein-coding region itself. EverGreen^TM mRNA includes a Cap1 structure (biologically superior to Cap0), a highly expressing 5’ UTR and highly stable 3’ UTR, a 100-nt poly(A) tail, and a codon-optimized open reading frame. Choose from unmodified or modified (N1-methylpseudouridine or 5-methoxyuridine) bases. Both types of modified bases have been shown to enhance protein expression in vitro and in vivo.
