K783-0308 is a potent and selective MNK2 and FLT3 dual inhibitor with IC50 values of 406 and 680 nM, respectively. It promotes apoptosis and induces cell cycle arrest in the G0/G1 phase of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells. K783-0308 inhibits MV-4-11 and MOLM-13 cell growth with IC50 values of 10.4 and 10.5 μM, respectively [1].
