DESCRIPTION

The SARS-CoV-2 D614G Reporter Virus Particle (RVP) Neutralization Kit allows your lab to screen antibodies or serum for neutralization against SARS-CoV-2 D614G in BSL-2 conditions using pseudovirus. The kit includes target cells (HEK-293T hACE2 stable cells), 2 mL SARS-CoV-2 D614G RVPs (pseudovirus), 100 μg neutralizing control antibody, 1 mL VSV-g RVPs (specificity control, positive control for infectivity). Customer provides own tissue culture plates and cell culture medium.
