CT048-H27H-B

Human IL23 Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated

Sino Biological

DESCRIPTION

A DNA sequence encoding the human IL23 complex composed of human IL12B (NP_002178.2) (Met1-Ser328) and human IL23A (NP_057668.1) (Arg20-Pro189) linked by a polypeptide linker was fused with a C-terminal AVI tag followed by a polyhistidine tag. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
