SARS-CoV-2 Spike S1+S2 (T19R, E156G, 157-158 deletion, L452R, T478K, D614G, P681R, D950N) Protein (ECD, His Tag)

Sino Biological

DESCRIPTION

A DNA sequence encoding the SARS-CoV-2 Spike S1+S2 (YP_009724390.1, with mutations T19R, E156G, 157-158 deletion, L452R, T478K, D614G, P681R, D950N) (Met1-Pro1213) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The mutations were identified in the SARS-CoV-2 variant (known as variant AY.3, AY.4) which emerged in the India.
