CF® dye with BCN reacts with azide in a copper-free bioorthogonal reaction that allows labeling of live cells or cell extracts without protein damage from copper. CF®647 (Ex/Em 650/665 nm) is a bright, cell membrane-impermeant far-red fluorescent dye.
