SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) Spike S1 NTD (L18F, D80A, D215G, LAL242-244 deletion, R246I) Protein (His Tag)
Sino Biological
DESCRIPTION
A DNA sequence encoding the SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) Spike S1 NTD (YP_009724390.1, with mutations L18F, D80A, D215G, LAL242-244 deletion, R246I) (Met1-Ser305) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The mutations were identified in the SARS-CoV-2 variant (known as 20C/501Y.V2 or B.1.351 lineage) which emerged in South Africa.

- Purity: > 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
- Source: HEK293 Cells
- Species: SARS-CoV-2
- Storage: Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
- Molecule: Spike
- Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.
- Lead Time: 1-3 days
- Formulation: Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4.
- Molecular Mass: The recombinant SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) Spike S1 NTD consists of 298 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 33.9 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 56 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
