DESCRIPTION
Protein synthesis kit with 13C/15N labeled lysine and arginine for MRM/SRM mass spectrometry. Kit uses bilayer reaction on 226 μl scale. This kit provided expression vector and peptide to conduct FLEXIQuant experiments for using the FLEX-tag for quantifying the reference standard.
