BCMA, Fc-fusion (IgG1), Avi-Tag, Biotin-Labeled Recombinant

BPS Bioscience

DESCRIPTION

Human BCMA also known as B-cell maturation antigen, tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 17, and TNFRSF17, GenBank Accession No. NM_001192, a.a. 1-54 fused to Fc region of Human IgG1 with C-terminal Avi-Tag™, and expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 34 kDa. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-TagTM technology. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
