DESCRIPTION
A DNA sequence encoding the human TSLP (NP_149024.1) (Met1-Gln159, with mutation Arg 127 Ala, Arg 130 Ser) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The purified protein was biotinylated in vitro.
