DESCRIPTION

Roscovitine is a potent inhibitor of CDK2/E, CDk2/A, CDk5, CDk7, and CDk9, which are key regulators of cell cycle progression. It stimulates apoptosis in cancer cells and is reported to prevent embryonic development.
