LY-411575 is a potent and selective inhibitor of y-secretase, which is involved in APP proteolysis. Via this inhibition, it also blocks Notch activation. LY-411575 is reported to have anti-cancer applications and is capable of promoting goblet cell differentiation in mouse organoids.
