DESCRIPTION

BMS 453 is a synthetic retinoid and RARα and RARγ antagonist and a RARβ agonist. It is reported to induce TGF-Beta activity and cause G1 arrest and inhibit breast cell proliferation. BMS 453 also increases the efficiency of human ESCs cardiac differentiation.
