WEPRO8240H Core Kit

DESCRIPTION

WEPRO8240H is an amino acids free cell-free expression system to enable protein labeling reactions. Kit provides individual reagents to perform cell-free protein expression reactions; reaction number depends on reaction scales. SMALL reaction scale of 240 μl (up to 100 reactions), a MEDIUM reaction scale of 1.2 ml (up to 20 reactions), and a LARGE reaction scale of 6 ml (up to 4 reactions). Kit uses precleared extract indented for preparing His-tagged fusion proteins.
