DESCRIPTION

IWP-4 is a Wnt pathway inhibitor by inactivating the Porcupine O-acyltransferase which palmitoylates Wnt proteins. It is reported to inhibit embryonic stem cell self-renewal and promote cardiomyocyte differentiation from human stem cells.
