DESCRIPTION

Bay 11-7082 is a selective and irreversible inhibitor of TNF alpha induced IκBα phosphorylation and the binding of ubiquitin. It is reported to induce apoptosis in several B and T lymphoma cell lines and TNF-alpha induced expression of several adhesion molecules.
