Human sFRP4 Protein (His Tag)

Sino Biological

DESCRIPTION

A DNA sequence encoding the human sFRP4 (NP_003005.2) (Met 1-Val 346) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.

DETAILS

  • Tag: C-His
  • Purity: > 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
  • Source: HEK293 Cells
  • Species: Human
  • Storage: Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
  • Activity: Measured by its ability to inhibit Wnt3a-induced alkaline phosphatase production by C3H10T 1/2 2A6 mouse embryonal fibroblast cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 1-6 μg/mL in the presence of 20 ng/mL of Wnt3a.
  • Molecule: SFRP4
  • Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
  • Lead Time: 1-3 days
  • Formulation: Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4
  • Molecular Mass: The recombinant human sFRP4 consists of 336 amino acids after removal of the signal peptide and has a predicted molecular mass of 39 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, it migrates with an apparent molecular mass of 55-60 kDa due to glycosylation.
  • Reconstitution: A hardcopy of datasheet with reconstitution instructions is sent along with the products. Please refer to it for detailed information.
  • Accession Number: NP_003005.2
  • Predicted N Terminal: Ala 22
