Source : Escherichia Coli. sRANKL Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 199 amino acids (140-317 a.a) & having a molecular mass of 22.3kDa.sRANKL is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. RANKL binds to tnfrsf11b/opg & to tnfrsf11a/rank. Osteoclast differentiation & activation factor. Augments the ability of dendritic cells to stimulate naive t-cell proliferation. May be an important regulator of interactions between t-cells & dendritic cells & may play a role in the regulation of the t-cell-dependent immune response. sRANKL may also play an important role in enhanced bone-resorption in humoral hypercalcemia of malignancy.
