DESCRIPTION

JAK Inhibitor I is a potent and reversible Janus protein tyrosine kinases (JAKs) inhibitor that functions through its interaction with the ATP binding site. It is reported to inhibit the IL-2 and IL-4 dependent proliferation of CTLL cells and to block the phosphorylation of STAT5.
