SARS-CoV-2 XBB.1.16 (Omicron) Spike S1 Protein (His Tag)(HPLC-verified)

Sino Biological

DESCRIPTION

A DNA sequence encoding the SARS-CoV-2 (XBB.1.16) Spike S1 (YP_009724390.1, with mutations T19I, V83A, G142D, H146Q, E180V, Q183E, V213E, G252V, G339H, R346T, L368I, V445P, G446S, N460K, S477N, T478R, E484A, F486P, F490S, Q498R, N501Y, Y505H, D614G, H655Y, N679K, P681H) (Met1-Arg685) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The mutations were identified in the SARS-CoV-2 variant (known as variant XBB.1.16).

DETAILS

  • Tag: C-His
  • Purity: ≥ 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. ≥ 95 % as determined by SEC-HPLC.
  • Source: HEK293 Cells
  • Species: SARS-CoV-2
  • Storage: Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
  • Activity: Immobilized Recombinant Human ACE2 / Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme 2 Protein (Fc Tag) (Cat:10108-H05H) at 2 μg/mL (100 μl/well) can bind Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 XBB.1.16 (Omicron) Spike S1 Protein (His Tag) (Cat:40591-V08H49), the EC50 is 25-75 ng/mL.
  • Molecule: Spike
  • Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
  • Lead Time: 1-3 days
  • Formulation: Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4.
  • Molecular Mass: The recombinant SARS-CoV-2 (XBB.1.16) Spike S1 consists of 681 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 76.6 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 110.02 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
  • Reconstitution: A hardcopy of datasheet with reconstitution instructions is sent along with the products. Please refer to it for detailed information.
  • Accession Number: YP_009724390.1
  • Predicted N Terminal: Val 16
