BPS Bioscience

DESCRIPTION

Protein tyrosine phosphatase CD45, also known as PTPRC (GenBank accession No. NM_080922), catalytic domain, a.a. 632-1304 (end) with N-terminal His-tag, MW=81 kDa, expressed in a Baculovirus Sf9 expression system.

DETAILS

  • Aa: 632-1304
  • Mw: 81 kDa
  • Tags: N-terminal His-tag
  • Format: Aqueous buffer solution
  • Genbank: NM_002838
  • Species: Human
  • Uniprot: P08575
  • Shiptemp: -80°C (dry ice)
  • Synonyms: CD45, LCA, T200, LY5, B220, GP180
  • Warnings: Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
  • Category: Protein Phosphatase/Receptor
  • Background: PTPRC (CD45) contains an extracellular domain, a single transmembrane segment and two tandem intracytoplasmic catalytic domains and thus belongs to receptor type PTP. This gene is specifically expressed in hematopoietic cells. PTPRC has been shown to be an essential regulator of T- and B-cell antigen receptor signaling. It functions through either direct interaction with components of the antigen receptor complexes, or by activating various Src family kinases required for the antigen receptor signaling.
