SARS-CoV-2 Spike S1 (G75V, T76I, (RSYLTPG246-252)deletion, D253N, L452Q, F490S, D614G) Protein (His Tag)

Sino Biological

DESCRIPTION

A DNA sequence encoding the SARS-CoV-2 Spike S1 (YP_009724390.1, with mutations G75V, T76I, (RSYLTPG246-252)deletion, D253N, L452Q, F490S, D614G) (Met1-Arg685) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The mutations were identified in the SARS-CoV-2 variant (known as variant C.37) which emerged in the Peru.

DETAILS

  • Tag: C-His
  • Purity: > 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
  • Source: HEK293 Cells
  • Species: SARS-CoV-2
  • Storage: Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
  • Molecule: Spike
  • Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.
  • Lead Time: 1-3 days
  • Formulation: Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4
  • Molecular Mass: The recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Spike S1 consists of 674 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 75.64 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 114.99 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
  • Reconstitution: A hardcopy of datasheet with reconstitution instructions is sent along with the products. Please refer to it for detailed information.
  • Accession Number: YP_009724390.1
