- Open Babel Depiction NH S O H 3 C N N H O O

DESCRIPTION

Nocodazole is an antineoplastic microtubule polymerization inhibitor. It is frequently used to synchronize cell cycling and arrest cells with a G2- or M- phase DNA content. It is reported to enhance homology-directed repair (HDR) efficiency and increase Cas9-mediated editing frequencies.
