This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human Transferrin Receptor / TFRC / CD71 (rh Transferrin Receptor / TFRC / CD71; Catalog#11020-H07H; AAA61153.1; Cys89-Phe760) and conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions, the unreacted FITC was removed.
