Human IL7RA & TSLPR Heterodimer Protein (His Tag)

Sino Biological

DESCRIPTION

A DNA sequence encoding the human IL7RA (P16871-1)(Met1-Asp239) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the human TSLPR (Q9HC73-1) (Met1-Lys231) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the IL4R & IL13RA1 heterodimer was purified.
