Influenza A H1N1 Neuraminidase / NA (N295S mutation) (Active)
Sino Biological
DESCRIPTION
A DNA sequence encoding the Influenza A virus (A/California/04/2009 (H1N1)) neuraminidase (ACP41107.1) (Met 1-Lys 469) was expressed, the cell lysates are collected, and bio-activity was tested. There is an amino acid change from Asparagine to Serine (N295S mutation) in NA / Neuraminidase.
DETAILS
- Tag: Native
- Source: HEK293 Cells
- Species: H1N1
- Storage: Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
- Activity: Measured by its ability to cleave a fluorogenic substrate, 2’-(4-Methylumbelliferyl)-α-D-N-acetylneuraminic acid. One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme required to cleave 1 nmole of 2'-(4-Methylumbelliferyl)-α-D-N-acetylneuraminic acid per minute at pH 7.5 at 37℃.
