Human IL7R alpha / CD127 Protein (ECD, His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated
Sino Biological
DESCRIPTION
A DNA sequence encoding the human IL7R (P16871-1) (Met1-Gly236, with mutations I66T, V138I) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an AVI tag. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme), which is co-expressed.
