DESCRIPTION
A DP2/CRTH2 receptor antagonist (IC50 = 3.98 nM); selective for DP2 over a panel of receptors, ion channels, transporters, and enzymes, including DP1, COX-1, and COX-2, at 10 µM; inhibits 13,14-dihydro-15-keto-PGD2-induced increases in CD11b expression in isolated human eosinophils; inhibits 13,14-dihydro-15-keto-PGD2-induced chemotaxis of isolated human eosinophils and T cells in a concentration-dependent manner
