DESCRIPTION

EDC (or EDAC) (1-(3-Dimethylaminopropyl-3-ethylcarbodiimide, hydrochloride)) has recently been found to be very useful for fixing in situ chelators, including the fluorescent ion indicators for histological studies following physiological experiments.
