LAIR1 Antibody (Center) Blocking peptide

Abcepta

DETAILS

  • Format: Peptides are lyophilized in a solid powder format. Peptides can be reconstituted in solution using the appropriate buffer as needed.
  • Gene Id: 3903
  • Category: Peptides; Blocking Peptides
  • Subtitle: Synthetic peptide
  • Gene Name: LAIR1
  • Other Names: Leukocyte-associated immunoglobulin-like receptor 1, LAIR-1, hLAIR1, CD305, LAIR1, CD305
  • Availability: 2 weeks
  • Bio Background: The protein encoded by this gene is an inhibitory receptorfound on peripheral mononuclear cells, including NK cells, T cells, and B cells. Inhibitory receptors regulate the immune response toprevent lysis of cells recognized as self. The gene is a member ofboth the immunoglobulin superfamily and the leukocyte-associatedinhibitory receptor family. The gene maps to a region of 19q13.4called the leukocyte receptor cluster, which contains at least 29genes encoding leukocyte-expressed receptors of the immunoglobulinsuperfamily.

  • Primary Accession: Q6GTX8
  • Targetspecificity: The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP13784c was selected from the Center region of LAIR1. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
