LY294002 is a morpholine-containing potent reversible inhibitor of phosphoinositide 3-kinases (PI3Ks) and BETproteins. It is reported to be promote the differentiation of insulin-producing cells from embryonic cells and inhibit the growth of ovarian carcinomas.
