MOB4A Antibody (N-term) Blocking Peptide

Abcepta

DETAILS

  • Format: Peptides are lyophilized in a solid powder format. Peptides can be reconstituted in solution using the appropriate buffer as needed.
  • Gene Id: 92597
  • Category: Peptides; Blocking Peptides
  • Subtitle: Synthetic peptide
  • Gene Name: MOB1B
  • Other Names: MOB kinase activator 1B, Mob1 homolog 1A, Mob1A, Mob1B, Mps one binder kinase activator-like 1A, MOB1B, MOB4A, MOBKL1A
  • Availability: 2 weeks
  • Bio Background: MOB4A is similar to the yeast Mob1 protein. Yeast Mob1 binds Mps1p, a protein kinase essential for spindle pole body duplication and mitotic checkpoint regulation. Mob4A regulates NDR1 and NDR2 kinase activity, widely expressed nuclear serine-threonine kinases that have been implicated in cell proliferation and/or tumor progression.

  • Primary Accession: Q7L9L4
  • Targetspecificity: The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP7031a was selected from the N-term region of human MOB4A. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
