MERS-CoV Spike S1+S2 Protein (ECD, aa 1-1297, His Tag), Biotinylated

Sino Biological

DESCRIPTION

A DNA sequence encoding the MERS-CoV extracellular domain of spike protein (AFS88936.1) (Met1-Trp1297) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The purified protein was biotinylated in vitro.
