Mouse B7-H3 Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated

Sino Biological

DESCRIPTION

A DNA sequence encoding the Mouse CD276 (NP_598744.1)(Met1-Phe244) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an AVI tag. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.

DETAILS

  • Tag: C-His-AVI
  • Purity: ≥ 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. ≥ 90 % as determined by SEC-HPLC.
  • Source: HEK293 Cells
  • Species: Mouse
  • Storage: Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
