This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human Thyroid peroxidase / TPO (rh Thyroid peroxidase / TPO ; Catalog#13194-H08B; P07202-1; Met1-Arg846,257Ser/Ala,725Pro/Thr). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
