Cynomolgus / Rhesus CD39 Protein (His Tag)

Sino Biological

DESCRIPTION

A DNA sequence encoding the cynomolgus / rhesus ENTPD1 (XP_015311944.1/XP_015003298.1) (Thr60-Val500) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. Cynomolgus and Rhesus ENTPD1 sequences are identical.

DETAILS

  • Tag: C-His
  • Purity: > 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
  • Source: Baculovirus-Insect Cells
  • Species: Cynomolgus, Rhesus
  • Storage: Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
  • Activity: Measured by its ability to hydrolyze the 5’phosphategroups from the substrate adenosine 5’triphosphate(ATP). The specific activity is > 5000 pmoles/min/μg.
  • Molecule: ENTPD1
  • Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.
  • Lead Time: 1-3 days
  • Formulation: Lyophilized from sterile 20 mM Tris, 300 mM NaCl, 10 % glycerol, pH 7.5.
  • Molecular Mass: The recombinant cynomolgus / rhesus ENTPD1 consists of 452 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 51.8 kDa.
  • Reconstitution: A hardcopy of datasheet with reconstitution instructions is sent along with the products. Please refer to it for detailed information.
  • Accession Number: XP_015311944.1 / XP_015003298.1
