Mouse TNFRSF17 / BCMA Protein (His & Fc Tag)

Sino Biological

DESCRIPTION

A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of mouse BCMA (NP_035738.1) (Met 1-Thr 49) was fused with the C-terminal polyhistidine-tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus.

DETAILS

  • Tag: C-human IgG1-Fc & His
  • Purity: > 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
  • Source: HEK293 Cells
  • Species: Mouse
  • Storage: Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
  • Activity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human BAFF (Cat:10056-HNCH) at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind mouse BCMA-Fch, The EC50 of mouse BCMA-Fch is 0.02-0.06 μg/mL.
  • Molecule: TNFRSF17
  • Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
  • Lead Time: 1-3 days
  • Formulation: Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4
  • Molecular Mass: The recombinant mouse BCMA/Fc chimera is a disulfide-linked homodimer The reduced monomer consists of 297 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 33.7 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rm BCMA/Fc monomer is approximately 35-48 kDa due to glycosylation.
  • Reconstitution: A hardcopy of datasheet with reconstitution instructions is sent along with the products. Please refer to it for detailed information.
  • Accession Number: NP_035738.1
  • Predicted N Terminal: Glu 20
