Human IL7RA & IL2RG Heterodimer Protein (His Tag)

Sino Biological

DESCRIPTION

A DNA sequence encoding the human IL7RA (P16871-1)(Met1-Asp239) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the human IL2RG (P31785-1) (Met1-Asn254) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the IL7RA & IL2RG heterodimer was purified.
