SRPK1 Antibody (C-term) Blocking Peptide

Abcepta

DETAILS

  • Format: Peptides are lyophilized in a solid powder format. Peptides can be reconstituted in solution using the appropriate buffer as needed.
  • Gene Id: 6732
  • Category: Peptides; Blocking Peptides
  • Subtitle: Synthetic peptide
  • Gene Name: SRPK1
  • Other Names: SRSF protein kinase 1, SFRS protein kinase 1, Serine/arginine-rich protein-specific kinase 1, SR-protein-specific kinase 1, SRPK1 {ECO:0000312|EMBL:CAC392991}
  • Availability: 2 weeks
  • Bio Background: This gene encodes a serine/arginine protein kinase specific for the SR (serine/arginine-rich domain) family of splicing factors. The protein localizes to the nucleus and the cytoplasm. It is thought to play a role in regulation of both constitutive and alternative splicing by regulating intracellular localization of splicing factors. A second alternatively spliced transcript variant for this gene has been described, but its full length nature has not been determined.

  • Other Accession: Q5R363
  • Primary Accession: Q96SB4
  • Targetspecificity: The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP7727b was selected from the C-term region of human SRPK1. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
