DESCRIPTION

GW 9662 is an irreversible selective antagonist of PPARgamma, which regulates fatty acid storage and glucose metabolism. It is a more potent alternative to the BADGE molecule and is reported to have anticancer properties and to be useful in blocking the differentiation of monocytes to osteoclasts.
