Wnt-C59

Biogems

- Open Babel Depiction N N CH 3 HN O

DESCRIPTION

Wnt-C59 is a highly potent Porcupine (PORCN) inhibitor that prevents Wnt-3a palmitoylation, secretion and activation (IC50=74pM). It is reported to inhibit cancer cell proliferation in cancer cell lines depended on Wnt activity. Together with CHIR 99021, Wnt-C59 can be used to induce cardiomyocyte differentiation from human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs).
