CD7 Recombinant Protein

Abeomics

DESCRIPTION

Source : E.coli. CD7 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 178 amino acids (26-180 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 18.8 kDa.CD7 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. T-cell antigen CD7 (CD7) is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein which is expressed on pluripotential hemapoietic cells, nearly all human thymocytes and some peripheral blood T cells. The CD7 molecule is missing in a subset of human T cells under some physiologic conditions. An increase in CD7 negative T cells can be observed in a number of inflammatory skin diseases.
