Abcepta

DETAILS

  • Format: Peptides are lyophilized in a solid powder format. Peptides can be reconstituted in solution using the appropriate buffer as needed.
  • Gene Id: 5439
  • Category: Peptides; Blocking Peptides
  • Subtitle: Synthetic peptide
  • Gene Name: POLR2J
  • Other Names: DNA-directed RNA polymerase II subunit RPB11-a, RNA polymerase II subunit B11-a, RPB11a, DNA-directed RNA polymerase II subunit J-1, RNA polymerase II 133 kDa subunit, POLR2J, POLR2J1
  • Availability: 2 weeks
  • Bio Background: This gene encodes a subunit of RNA polymerase II, thepolymerase responsible for synthesizing messenger RNA ineukaryotes. The product of this gene exists as a heterodimer withanother polymerase subunit; together they form a core subassemblyunit of the polymerase. Two similar genes are located nearby onchromosome 7q22.1 and a pseudogene is found on chromosome 7p13.
