DESCRIPTION
This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Rat CD86 / B7-2 (rR CD86 / B7-2; Catalog#80025-R08H; NP_064466.1; Met1-Ile250). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography and conjugated with horseradish-peroxidase (HRP).
