Mouse TIGIT Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated

Sino Biological

DESCRIPTION

A DNA sequence encoding the Mouse TIGIT (NP_001139797.1)(Met1-Gly141) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an AVI tag. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.

DETAILS

  • Tag: C-His-AVI
  • Purity: ≥ 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. ≥ 95 % as determined by SEC-HPLC.
  • Source: HEK293 Cells
  • Species: Mouse
  • Storage: Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
  • Activity: Immobilized Recombinant Mouse CD155 / PVR Protein (His & Fc Tag) (Cat: 50259-M03H) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Mouse TIGIT Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 50939-M49H-B), the EC50 is 180-540 ng/mL.
  • Molecule: TIGIT
  • Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
  • Lead Time: 1-3 days
  • Formulation: Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4.
  • Molecular Mass: The recombinant Mouse TIGIT consists of 142 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 16.01 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 26.6 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
  • Reconstitution: A hardcopy of datasheet with reconstitution instructions is sent along with the products. Please refer to it for detailed information.
  • Accession Number: NP_001139797.1
  • Predicted N Terminal: Gly 26
