This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Rat CD6 / Cluster of Differentiation 6 (rR CD6 / Cluster of Differentiation 6; Catalog#80311-R08H; Q812A4; Met1-Asn396) and conjugated with APC under optimum conditions, the unreacted APC was removed.
