Human CD24 Protein (Fc & AVI Tag), Biotinylated

Sino Biological

DESCRIPTION

A DNA sequence encoding the Human CD24 (NP_037362.1)(Met1-Gly59) was expressed with a c-terminal AVI tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus (Fc-AVI). The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.

DETAILS

  • Tag: C-human IgG1-Fc & AVI
  • Purity: ≥ 90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE. ≥ 95 % as determined by SEC-HPLC.
  • Source: HEK293 Cells
  • Species: Human
  • Storage: Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
