Human CD48 Protein (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated

Sino Biological

DESCRIPTION

A DNA sequence encoding the human CD48 (NP_001769.2) (Met1-Ser220) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an AVI tag. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.

DETAILS

  • Tag: C-His & AVI
  • Purity: > 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
  • Source: HEK293 Cells
  • Species: Human
  • Storage: Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
  • Activity: Immobilized Human 2B4/CD244 (hFc Tag)(Cat:10042-H02H) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human CD48 (His & AVI Tag), Biotinylated(Cat:10797-H49H-B), the EC50 is 120-520 ng/mL.
  • Molecule: CD48
  • Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.
  • Lead Time: 1-3 days
  • Formulation: Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4
  • Molecular Mass: The recombinant human CD48 consists of 220 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 25.60 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 42.34 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
  • Reconstitution: A hardcopy of datasheet with reconstitution instructions is sent along with the products. Please refer to it for detailed information.
  • Accession Number: NP_001769.2
  • Predicted N Terminal: Gln27
