DESCRIPTION
A DNA sequence encoding the mature form of human IL13 (AAK53823.1) (Gly 21-Asn 132) was fused with the Fc region of human IgG1 at the N-terminus.

The apparent molecular mass of rhIL13/Fc monomer is approximately 50-55 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
